Looking for a little more than just the day-of? A partial planning package starts up to 6 months prior to your wedding and allows you to relax and enjoy the final few months of your engagement. We'll help communicate with your vendors, put your last minute touches into the day and manage your wedding day once it arrives!
PARTIAL PLANNING INCLUDES:
At Contracting & Throughout Planning:
A kickoff meeting to discuss vision, a final details meeting to discuss the entire event, and up to 4 meetings in between as needed
Assistance with ceremony & reception floor plans and signage
Vendor Sourcing and Contracting: Rose Event & Planning Co. will take care of the research so that you can take your free time back. With your budget and style in mind, up to 3 vendors will be custom sourced and contracted from each of the following categories: Catering, Florals, Photography/Videography, Entertainment, & Cake.
Event Design guidance, to ensure a thoughtful and beautiful experience for your guests
Assistance with guest accommodation, including finding, contracting, and managing hotel blocks for guests
Relay of final head counts and guarantees to vendors
Wedding day timeline creation and review
Your Wedding Weekend:
One hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination
12 hours of wedding day coordination, with up to 2 additional wedding assistants if/as needed
Wedding day timeline management, including floor plan arrangement, event setup, takedown, gratuities distribution, and vendor point-of-contact management.
